Janis Kirshner

Janis takes comedic roles seriously and values serious roles. She was a helpful guard with a secret in The Bold Type; felt responsible for her father’s death in 19-2; tossed a decapitated head in Bullet in the Face; and was killed repeatedly in Canadian Case Files. Half of the duo TITTERS, Janis co-wrote and performed numerous hit shows featuring stand-up comedy, sketches and songs. Radio work includes traffic reporter, voicing commercials and hosting open-line talk shows, often on topics she knew very little about. She is highly creative and takes direction well.
